Terms & Conditions

Your Commitment to Us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between R. Keene & Sons and yourself.

Tickets are sold by R. Keene & Sons, which operates events under the trading name Over Farm.

No contract exists between you and R. Keene & Sons for the sale of any tickets until payment has been successfully processed in full. Once payment has been accepted, a binding contract is formed.

Prices

The description and price of tickets will be shown on the Over Farm website at the time you place your order. All prices are shown in UK Sterling and include any applicable taxes. There are no additional surcharges.

Prices may change at any time prior to purchase but will not change once payment has been completed. We accept most major credit and debit cards via our third‑party payment provider.

Online Security

Payments are processed securely via our third‑party payment provider. We do not store or have access to customers’ card details.

Limitation of Liability

R. Keene & Sons’ total liability in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the tickets.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

R. Keene & Sons shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or communications outages, fire, flood, severe weather, war, or acts of God, subject to the Refunds & Cancellations section below.

Severance

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • receive a voucher code of equal value for use at a future event.

Where required by law, a refund will be offered.

Events Beyond Our Control
If an event is unable to proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or changes in government guidance or restrictions, the options above will apply.
