Is car parking available?

Yes, free car parking is available. All cars are parked at owners risk, we will not take responsibilty for any loss or damage to vehicles.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. While we cannot offer refunds, we can transfer your booking to another date of the equivalent ticket price or less.

If you created an account at the point of checkout, you can log in HERE to alter your booking. Please note, the system will not allow this if you have booked a discounted ticket, and there will be a charge if the new ticket price is higher.

If you did not create an account, our team will be happy to alter your booking for you. To do this, please email us with your booking reference and the new date and time which you would like to move your visit to.

All of the above options may be subject to fees and ticket price increases.

How do I use my ticket?

Once you have booked, you will be emailed an order confirmation that includes a unique order reference and barcode. To verify your purchase on site, please have the email ready on your smartphone or print it if you do not have a phone.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

No, we accept tickets on a smartphone, as well as printed tickets. 

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Pre-booking online is strongly advisable to avoid disappointment as we can't guarantee availability on the day. They will also be cheaper!
